Yarn Dyeing Process

We have our In House Dyeing Unit where we dye more than 3000 kgs of Yarn daily our production unit spreads over an area of over 18,710 sq. meters which includes complete in-house production.

Production

We have our in-house production units where we produce high-quality Hand Tufted, Hand Knotted, and Hand Tufted Wall to Wall Carpets. The quality of carpets is produced by our local experienced & creative artisans who are highly potential & skilled in Hand-Tufted & Hand-Knotted Rugs.

Finishing Process

Finishing & inspection of the carpets is done by our skilled workers & technical staffs to minimize the drawback in shape, size & design pattern of the carpets up to zero levels.

Quality Control

From the yarn dyeing to the packaging we maintain optimum quality standards. The organization has various types of testing equipment to fulfill the customer’s standards. Crock meter, carpet abrasion tester, tuft withdrawal force tester, carpet thickness gauge, carpet flammability tester, damping tester, etc. Are the testing equipment of our lab where we work on quality improvements of our products.

Packing Process

The packaging is done according to quality standards and our objectives are moisture-proof packaging with proper labeling, safety, and easy handling.
