Yarn Dyeing Process
Coloring Fibers with Accuracy and Consistency
Our dyeing process takes place in a dedicated, in-house dyeing unit where over 3,000 kgs of yarn are dyed daily. Spanning over 18,710 square meters, our production facility is equipped with advanced machinery and skilled staff to ensure precise color matching and vibrant, long-lasting hues. The process is carefully monitored to maintain consistency, environmental responsibility, and alignment with global quality standards.

Ramsha Carpets manufactures a wide variety of rugs, including Hand-Tufted, Hand-Knotted, and Wall-to-Wall carpets—all crafted in-house. Our local artisans, with generations of expertise, apply time-honored techniques combined with contemporary methods. Their attention to detail ensures each rug is not only visually stunning but also structurally sound and built to endure.
Finishing Process
Polishing Perfection into Every Thread
Once the weaving is complete, each rug undergoes a meticulous finishing process. Skilled workers and technical staff trim, edge, and fine-tune the carpets to achieve flawless symmetry, size accuracy, and design precision. This stage enhances the overall texture, feel, and aesthetic, making each rug ready to grace luxury interiors across the globe.
Quality Control

Quality is the cornerstone of Ramsha Carpets. From yarn dyeing to final packaging, each stage is backed by rigorous quality checks. Our advanced testing lab is equipped with tools like the Crock Meter, Carpet Abrasion Tester, Tuft Withdrawal Force Tester, Thickness Gauge, and Flammability Tester, among others. These ensure that every rug meets global durability, safety, and performance benchmarks—delivering unmatched reliability and client satisfaction.
Packing Process
Safe, Smart & Internationally Compliant Packaging
Our packaging process guarantees that each carpet retains its quality during transportation and storage. We follow international standards for moisture-proof, safely labeled, and easily handled packaging. Whether shipping domestically or globally, our attention to detail ensures each rug arrives in pristine condition—just as beautiful as when it left our workshop.
